We ship orders within 2 business days or sooner using trusted couriers including Canada Post and Chit Chats. Tracking information is provided once your order has been shipped, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Within Canada, we use Canada Post Expedited Parcel, a reliable ground shipping service that includes tracking and delivery confirmation. Canada Post delivery standards depend on the destination and are calculated in business days, excluding weekends, statutory holidays, and the day the parcel is mailed. Delivery times may vary depending on your province, city, or rural location.

For U.S. orders, we use tracked shipping services such as Tracked Packet USA. Canada Post notes that U.S. delivery standards depend on the destination and processing facility, and delivery estimates are provided in business days.

For international orders, we offer Tracked Packet International where available. Canada Post international delivery standards vary by destination, with estimated transit times calculated in business days for select countries.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Please note that items from our Final Sale Collection are not eligible for return or exchange.

Our silver jewelry is made with 925 sterling silver, a durable, versatile, and easy-to-care-for metal. It is also nickel-free, making it a thoughtful choice for everyday wear.

Our newer collections feature 18K gold vermeil, made with a solid 925 sterling silver base and coated with a thick layer of 18-karat gold. We use 2 microns of gold plating, which is considered a high-quality standard and lasts much longer than regular gold plating.

Our jewelry is made with 925 sterling silver, which means it contains 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals for added strength and durability. Pure silver is naturally soft, so sterling silver is used to make jewelry more suitable for everyday wear. Our sterling silver is also nickel-free.

Over time, sterling silver may naturally darken or become dirty due to body heat, moisture, air, skin oils, dust, and different environments. This is a normal reaction of sterling silver and can be easily cared for.

To clean your jewelry, gently polish it with the cleaning cloth provided with your order. These polishing cloths can last for more than a year. Do not wash the cloth, as washing can remove the polishing treatment. After each use, store it safely so you can reuse it whenever needed.

Some of our silver jewelry is intentionally oxidized. Oxidization is a finishing technique that darkens certain areas of the silver to bring out the details, depth, and character of the design. It gives the piece an antique, soulful, and handcrafted look.

Please do not submerge your jewelry in silver cleaning chemicals, as this can remove the oxidized finish and affect the look of the design.

We recommend removing your jewelry before swimming, bathing, showering, exercising, or applying perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store your pieces in a dry place when not in use.
